For more than 126 years, Adelphi University has been preparing women for leadership roles in their workplaces and communities.

The Women's Leadership Fund supports the annual Adelphi’s Women's Leadership Conference. This powerful day of learning and networking brings together students, alumni and community members across industries to share experiences and advice on navigating today’s ever-changing world.
